Caroline is now over 4 weeks old and Mom is finished with finals. Yeppy. Nana Tina watched Caroline and helped us for the remainder of my exams and was a huge help. Nana went on walks with Caroline and sang her lots of songs--I think they had a good time while I was at the library studying. Since I last wrote Caroline has had her first cold and a rash on her face, she has found her fingers (they ended up in her mouth) and she is starting to grin and hold her head up. We had her one month photos professionally taken and she wore her birthday suit for some of the pictures while her Daddy held her and then Great Pop's christening gown for the others. We are excited to get them back...She also earned her "wings" for her first flight on Southwest airlines to Jacksonville, Florida for Uncle Mike's wedding. She was an angel on the flight and slept the entire way. Oh, at her one month doctor visit she weighed 8'11 and was 21 1/2 inches long. She's definitely growing.

In Florida she got to meet lots of relatives: her Great Nana and Great Pop, her Grandpa, Mimi Katie and Aunt Tess, her Aunt Mary, Uncle Mike and Becky and lots of other family and friends. I know she enjoyed all of the attention and hugs and kisses from everyone. She is a lucky girl! She's starting to get in a "routine" which means that every 3 hours we feed and change her and have some playtime and then she sleeps for another three hours. Sometimes there is a four hour stretch....I like those...especially when it's in the middle of the night.

Caroline is a sweet baby and she's calling right now. :)
