We are having a blast being the Holland family so far. Caroline is smiling all the time now, which is super cute. I guess the milestone for this month is supposed to be grasping. By the end of the 3rd month, she should be reaching out to grasp objects in front of here. For right now, she mostly coos. She may be breaking a tooth already, which seems to be causing a lot of drooling.

Shawn got a part time job with Bristol Myers Squibb, which starts next month. She is excited because she can work 2 days and be with Caroline the rest of the week. I would imagine the new job won't be 8-hour days either. She will have to turn in her Grand Prix from Jannsen this week. So we bought a Volvo S80 T6 this weekend. It will be ready to pick up later this week. I had to cancel my USAA policy after 15 years because it is considered a "performance" car and had a huge premium. I wouln't say a Volvo is performance. I went with GEICO which was about $250 cheaper every 6 months. They put some special service rep on the phone to talk to me, I think because I have been with the company so long.

Anyway, things are good. Go USA!
