I got my Stafford loan approval this weekend. My first $18k in school debt. I imagine the fear really kicks in when the loans hit 6 figures. Maybe I can sell plasma or something.

We're planning on driving back up to Philly this weekend to look at more apartments. I wish we had found something during the first trip up. There still aren't many listings in Philadelphia Weekly for August 1st though. We like Fitler Square and there are lots of brownstones in that area.

I'd like to see the Troy movie this week even though it hasn't gotten fabulous reviews. It's playing at the Commodore Theater, which has an awesome THX sound system. They only play one movie at a time and let it run for weeks at a time. I saw The Patriot and Lord of the Rings there. Plus they have beer and bar food at these little tables. You place your order on the phone at your table.

At a press conference last week, drug giant Pfizer formally introduced Hoagizine, a pharmaceutical-grade Turkey-Bacon-Guacamole Melt so delicious, it's only available by prescription.
