What a busy week! We drove up to Philadelphia to look at places to live. I got another parking ticket at the Liberty Bell. I think those meter maids must sit there and wait for your timer to run out--there was only a 5-minute lapse. It was a bit less productive than I had hoped. Most places on the market are already vacant or looking for a June tenant. We will be moving to Philly in late July or early August. We found two brownstones we like, but they are a little pricey. We may need to make another trip up in a month or so.

Our original plan was to get as close to Rittenhouse Square as possible. Now we are looking more at residential areas, around Fitler Square and near Schuylkill Park. Those are better parks to take Caroline to.

Caroline was quite the little trooper during the road trip and house-hunting search. She still is not quite walking. She takes 5 or so steps at a time, then plops on her butt. I'm not sure she has much incentive to walk since she scoot-crawls so fast.
