Someone spray painted graffiti on my Ford Expedition. That's nice. They painted their "tags" up and down Spruce Street. For some reason, this kind hearted person also figured it was a good idea to tag my car as well.

I called the police to file a report. They don't return my calls. I called the City Graffiti Office. No reply from them either. I love Philadelphia!
