It's nice to have our place in Philly worked out, but I'll feel better when this house is sold. Houses usually sell in a week around here, but our has been on the market for 2 weeks. Several people have said, "I'm coming back tomorrow with my realtor and an offer." But none have come back with anything firm. I think the realtors may be talking them out of FSBO. Oh well, I have another few week before I will start worrying.
