I sent in $1,000 to secure my place in the Wharton class of 2006 last week. The next step is to verify my application information through a 3rd party contractor. The only problem I forsee is that it could be difficult to verify military employment. They may call my old squadron to ask if I was Aircraft Division Officer, but the squadron is composed of all new people who wouldn't know. I assume they are primarily looking for people who inflate their salary or make up employers and say "they went out of business." That's hard to do in the military since everyone gets paid the same and we aren't going out of business until Kerry gets into office.
